Anyone can practice Yoga.
I propose six different types of Yoga, more properly called Styles:
Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Pilates mat, Yin yoga, Meridian yoga and Core power yoga.

The studio is a safe and practical place, where comfort and space meet the silence and warmth of environments designed specifically for the practice of movement.

COMPANIES
Bring Yoga in companies can lead to achieve different goals, depending on the company’s special needs.
Much of the care that I take in the preparation of lessons is spent on designing tailor-made lessons for participants. In fact, different activities address different needs.
Starting from this, I evaluate the aims of the lesson (relaxation, concentration support, increased group cohesion, relaxation from physical and mental stress), while taking care to propose exercises that help the body to cope with the daily work.
dancers and actors
I started dancing ballet when I was 4 and since I’m 22 years old I dance contemporary dance. During these classes, you work on strength and flexibility in a conscious way. You learn to focus on your body’s energy levels in order to learn how to monitor your energy reserves.
Since 2022 I hold workshops of yogic practice to actors, actresses and other artists who use their bodies in performances. These workshops, unlike traditional classes, take place in the form of open discussion combined with physical, respiratory or meditative practices. The discussion can cover topics related to the body and creative processes, and serves to focus activities on the specific needs of the participants (voice, body, relaxation, etc.).
Knowledge of the anatomy and philosophy of yoga can broaden the perspectives of any artist on how to use your body and your mind in the artistic practice and in the relationship with the public.
