one-to-one lessons
Traditionally, the teaching of Yoga and meditation took place between a teacher and a student, in a one-to-one relationship. Private lessons are a great way if you want to work on a specific area of the body or deepen your asana practice.
In general, they are useful classes for investigating and experiencing one or more specific aspects of Yoga practice that interest you. In addition, they are a suitable alternative for those who are not comfortable with staying in groups.
You can request one one-to-one lesson or several, depending on your needs.
GROUP LESSONS
The group generates specific energies that manifest themselves before, during and after the lessons.
Sometimes, if the group is particularly attuned and responsive, participants may experience an exchange of energies with other participants and support them in performing asanas. The case forms the group but the intention shapes the practice in common.
For my part, these lessons are designed to achieve true concentration and a high quality of participants’ practice, trying to encourage the emergence of a “group breath”.

Online classes are designed to be personal, interactive and private.
In order for the lesson to be of equal quality to the lessons in person, I invite you to check the quality of your connection and framing on your pc or tablet, and to position yourself in front of a source of light (natural or artificial) so that you don’t create shadows that can hinder my vision of your movements.
